Give Feedback

It is extremely rewarding to hear from past patients and visitors who have had positive experiences with at Stony Brook Children's. We treasure each thank you note and letter. We also like to share them with others — they inspire and motivate not only the staff, but also fellow patients facing similar medical issues.

If you would like to send a letter, feel free to address it to Stony Brook University Hospital's Chief Operating Officer, who will make sure it gets to the right person or department.

Give Back to Stony Brook Children's
The foundation of every children's hospital rests on donor support—and people like yourself. Your support will help save lives, create a higher standard of children's health care on Long Island, attract world-class pediatric specialists and researchers, and bring vital programs to our community.

There are many ways to give. You can memorialize a loved one, honor someone special, say thank you to a specific member of the Stony Brook Children's team, or designate funds for a particular program. You can give cash, stocks, annuities, bequests and charitable remainder annuities. If you would like to find out more about how to make a tax-deductible donation to Stony Brook Children's, call us at (631) 444-2800, or click here.

You may also give two of your most valuable commodities: your time and your ideas. We invite parents to participate in the Children's Services Advisory Board. This unit-based family advocacy board taps into the expertise of parents who have previously had a child hospitalized at Stony Brook Children's. Based on their input, we have made changes to our processes to better accommodate family needs. For information about joining, call (631) 444-7772. For other volunteer opportunities at the hospital, call (631) 444-2610.
