Palliative care is among a variety of programs and services complementing Stony Brook Children’s medical care and support for children and families.
Support and Outreach
The palliative care team sponsors education and outreach programs, as well as connecting patients to external resources. These include family and sibling support groups based at the hospital as well as local chapters of national organizations.
